How do you know Rebecca falls into the canal?

Hannah was the only one filming today! Plus people there saw the scene being filmed and her double went into the water. I’ll try and add the specific tweets if I can find them.

weird question…but I’m trying to edit this, but when I do, all of the links disappear. I can re-add them, but obviously that is annoying and time consuming. Does anyone know why this is happening? I’m nowhere near the link limit.

there are a lot of reasons I don’t want ASP to cover Lenny Bruce’s death on TMMM…it’ll be emotionally challenging, my love of Midge/Lenny, I think the exact details of the real Lenny’s death are too dark for the tone of the show (and changing them does a disservice), I don’t think the final season is long enough to properly tackle the issues and do Midge’s reaction justice…

But most of all I think if they are going to show any of Lenny’s post-Carnegie struggles, the obscenity trial is a much more interesting one with a more interesting impact on Midge. Lenny being arrested by undercover cops, facing a months-long public trial, and Midge watching it all and making choices about when, where, and how to use her voice? THAT is a path for character development and a nice through-line that’s been going from the pilot right to that lecture on stage at Carnegie Hall.

Midge thinking that her and Lenny are gonna have a cute little private celebration on the stage of Carnegie Hall after his set,

My morning routine? That’s simple: first I wake up, then I get out of bed, then I experience various ailments, maladies, afflictions, etc.

I am a different person since 4x08 was released. Bickering like a married couple at the newsstand. “You are more important than God”. “I gotta see the show corset”. “Never forget that I am very, very funny”. Lenny’s reaction to the standing ovation. Midge “Make Me Lenny Bruce” Maisel being called out by Lenny Bruce. ART.
